✧These prices are updated yearly (around June) and reflect my current rates. This should give you an idea of how much your commission will cost, but of course I will confirm the price for you when you submit the commission form when placing your order.✧Complexity fees, use and other factors can contribute to final price.✧All commissions come fully rendered with the exception of reference sheets which will be flat colored. At most there will be minor shading to break up form or add depth but not enough to confuse the color palette and placement on the character.✧Designs I have sold as adopts or have designed as a custom may receive 10% off their commission if asked to be drawn again!

✧Terms Updated: November 12th, 2023✧By agreeing to these terms and conditions you may submit the form below to request a commission. Please keep in mind that I have the right to deny any commission for any reason.✧If you have any questions please feel free to message me at one of the links above and I'll get back to you as soon as I can!

✧GENERAL INFO:✧

✧ Please be aware of my style. I will not change my style to match another artist or do something that is out of my normal realm. I will try to stick to the reference as best as I can, but please be aware that it will not be exact.✧ IMPORTANT: I will NOT do any sales, commissions or business with accounts that are empty or were made for less than six months.✧ I have the right to decline any commission request or cancel for any reason.✧ I have the right to repost the work I have done for you to my galleries and use your commission as examples of my work.✧ The commissioner has my permission to repost my work to their galleries as long as it is the watermarked image and there is credit back to me as the artist.✧ The commissioner may add the value of my work done to a character if said character is to be resold or to record general value.✧ The commissioner does not have my permission to use my artwork for commercial gain or to enter in contests, claiming it as their own. This also includes any programing that is trained on artist assets.✧ I do not do rush fees or deadlines. Please inquire ahead of time if you need it by a certain timeframe. The speed of work is however based on the size of the commission itself, as smaller items will be faster than larger or more complex items (a waist-up versus a ref sheet). Wait time is at max '3' months for larger items but this is also dependant on commissioner's response time.✧ Work does not start until 100% payment is made.

✧Work Schedule:✧

✧ I do not do commission work on Saturday or Sunday. Those days are my days off unless I am playing catch-up. I will focus on personal work for the most part or taking a break in general on these two days. I will answer your note on my next upcoming work day if it is past the time frame, though I might respond outside of it if I'm at my computer.Please note that I also do fursuit work as well and will be working between the two on these days.Note: Times are in PST.✧ Sunday: Off - Personal/Catch Up Day

✧ Tuesday: 12pm to ~8pm
✧ Wednesday: 12pm to ~8pm

✧Queue & Work Process:✧

✧ I have a public Trello link which you can refer to to see my current status, queue, and see where I am at with commissions!TRELLO BOARD✧ I do my best to update this board with any progress I've made to your commission as I work along. All images are SFW as this is a public board and will have any notes in terms of what's being worked on currently, as well weekly plan. If you have not heard from me this would be the best place to look, and if not, feel free to message me as well and I'll give you an update!✧If I have any updates or any questions in regards to your commission I will message you directly!✧ I provide feed back at various stages of the commission to ensure we are on the same page. WIPS are sent directly to you at the initial sketch, before rendering and final approval. While I am waiting on confirmation of your commission I will proceed onto the next one in the meantime.✧I work on who has paid first (unless there is a payment plan) and rotate as needed to ensure that no commission is stagnate.✧Work will be considered abandoned if I do not hear from the client after one month (of course RL situations happen, just keep me in the loop when it does so I know! Otherwise I will assume you are no longer interested and will stop work.)

✧EDITS:✧

✧ I offer three free edits per stage during the commissioning process to ensure that it is what you are looking for. Once that stage is completed and has progressed to the next stage (i.e. – lineart has been approved and flats have started), or those three edits have been used, there will be a fee of $50 to make any changes to the previous stage.✧ Any minor details can be added at no charge, but larger details (i.e. wings, clothing, etc that were not discussed previously) will be subject to a fee. Any mistakes that I as an artist missed (i.e. collar that was evident, etc) will be fixed at no charge (this is after three free edits have been used).✧ Once the final approval is given and the file is sent to the commissioner, any changes requested at a later date is subject to a fee depending on said changes.✧Adult Oriented Edits✧
✧ I do offer variants but there will be a charge to make said changes due to work and edits to the lineart and overall image. Price varies on type of commission and should be discussed at the beginning.

✧PAYMENT:✧

✧ Payment is in USD only and through paypal at this time. I do not accept payment by other means such as cashier's checks, Western Union, etc.✧ Cryptocurrency will not be accepted.✧ I will send you an invoice with the breakdown of your commission for payment. If payment is not given in 24 hours your commission will be canceled.✧ Payment plans are only done on a case-by-case basis or if the commission exceeds $500+. This is done rarely and are usually only for those that I have worked with in the past with.✧ Payment must be paid in full before any work is to be started. Final image will not be given until payment is completed in its entirety.

✧REFUNDS:✧

✧ I will provide refunds if needed, but will not give any refunds if work has been completed; I have given you enough time to voice any concerns if they should arise and will not accept "buyer's remorse" as an excuse.✧ Refunds will not be given for character changes, though the art can be altered if given notice in the sketch stage.✧ Refunds will not be given for completed work if commissioner's relationships/friendships changes.✧ If you have requested a refund and work has been started, then you will receive a refund minus the work that has been started. If no work has been started then you will receive a refund in full - I will also give refunds if I feel that I am unable to complete your commission in a timely manner.✧ Once a refund is given, then the commission is considered canceled and will not be worked on further. You may not take any of the work given (IF refunded in full) and have another artist complete it; by given a full refund, it now renders the artwork as nulled and it will be deleted.

*In terms of Ferals vs Quadrapeds I will not do artwork depicting real-life animals in 18+ situations.Far-out monsters, dragons, and fantasy beings are the ONLY exception
given that they have human characteristics in sentience and are aware.
